A bit of a day.. 
failed at keeping Ben on track,
you can't win them all :-/

The day started OK, Mr KCNQ2Haiku took Ben out to Caffe Nero which he (Ben!) really enjoys and then we planned for an early lunch before our walk in the woods but Ben became really agitated after eating and there was a bit of drama.  Times like this are even more stressful now because he's so much bigger than both of us but it's over now and things are calm again.  I find the stress really tiring though, I guess that's stating the obvious(!) Ben seems OK though, he's bouncing on the trampoline at the moment, that's also good for keeping him regulated, so I think we're back to winning :-)
