Walking into the sunset

We are enjoying a spell of fine weather with glorious ends of days. Uplifting.

Little Miss A is six weeks old today. The health visitor came to see her and was very impressed, but the parents are in that classic ‘lack of sleep and still learning the ropes’ phase that all new mums and dads go through. They have my admiration. 

I am trying to reduce my carbohydrate intake. Not easy for a man who loves his bread.
