Time moves on

Gruff is unwell again. He’s vomiting and not eating, so I took him to the vet. The working diagnosis is pancreatitis. Fortunately, we were allowed to care for him at home with symptomatic treatment - pain killers and anti-emetics. He’s very lethargic at the moment.
No time for much photography so out comes the metronome and a slow shutter.
