Birthday events

The day started off with a lovely brunch in Lancaster. Pancakes, banana and berry sauce for the 2 year old. Then, for him, off to nursery before lunch to enjoy the day with his friends.

Meantime “papa” helped out with some DIY at home replacing light fittings. The main is of Bluey wearing one of the lamp shades. It took a bit longer than planned and a couple of attempts but all worked well in the end. No fuses blown!

Back from nursery we had cards and presents, dinner (a yummy home made lasagne) and home made chocolate cake.

A good, busy and tiring day with lots of excitement!
