After a lovely lunch and afternoon in the pub with Mr PHL and our friends Kathryn and Colin plus Phin and their two lovely golden retrievers Belle and Martha, where we had rather a few too many glasses of very drinkable wine Mr PHL and I poured ourselves into the bus home.

I gobbled down beans on toast and was in the land of nod by 7.30 hence the EB.
