Kettwiger Cheers

Back in the 1980's and 90's, there was a long-running popular TV series in the US called Cheers. It was filmed in a cozy Boston bar "Where everyone knew your name."

Here in Kettwig, we have our own version, but it's called Lulu's. The owner, another American friend transplanted here to Germany, has created a warm, welcoming, beautiful little place to take a break from all the worries of the world. This evening she and I spent a couple hours catching up over a couple nice glasses of red. A lovely evening in a very lovely locale.

Making your way in the world today takes everything you've got.
Taking a break from all your worries, sure would help a lot.
