Reenacting Epic

I cancelled the Children's Fun Day as I felt the kids were starting to take too many things for granted and not appreciating them at all. A lot of bickering and answering back occurred yesterday and I went to bed sure that we needed to do something different today.

Woke up and explained to the girls the situation. The were disappointed but I think it was soon forgotten. They ended up having a great indoor play day here. Dressing up stuff out.

Today's blip is a tribute to yesterday's film Epic. Won't make any sense if you've not seen it. We also had the whole Thriller track with accompanying costumes and choreography. And there was also soldier-dinosaur-pirate girl who was wearing alarmingly little to protect her modesty. Scary 3 year old!

Best part was, no fighting, no answering back, no grumpy faces! Feel better about going into their surprise tomorrow now.

A lovely couple shoot with Nav & Mark this evening. Great sunsets and shadows as dusk came.
