I think this is due to having his ears pointing in different directions.

I spent the afternoon going to the homes of two members of my literature class, taking a card from one person's house to be signed by another, all due to the fact that our tutor is sadly retiring next Wednesday. We are in the process of trying to recruit a new tutor and will need to make decisions about where we are to hold the meetings - all very complicated! I do hope the group will survive.
