More Saucy Pics

A fine day, with a bit of a cold wind, and I thought I should turn my attention back boatwards. Success! As you can see, I’ve uncoupled the, well, couplings and withdrawn the shaft from the stern tube. Now that I’ve had a chance to look at it, I think the problem with the stern gland is that it was damaged when it was installed. That can happen, y’see. Food for thought. 
Anyway, twas a lovely day out and about and I managed to slap a bit more paint on the lookout before calling a halt to the day’s proceedings.
In the world out there, we’re led to understand that Putin is considering Trump’s ceasefire proposal. Gawd knows what’s really going on. Oh, and Ukraine started it, dontcha know.
