Stop for a Sip...

Ground Dove at the Bog. Smaller and IMHO 'cuter' than the Mourning Dove, Field guides call them 'fairly common' from the southern U.S. to southeast Brazil. Smaller than its dove cousin, look for a scaly pattern on the neck and breast and a pink bill. And who doesn't love those pink feet?  We have a pair that spends quality time at our tray feeder. They are big fans of the millet we put out daily.  m
