Our next door neighbour’s Magnolia in the glorious sunshine this afternoon.
Spent a very enjoyable time meeting with a friend at Chase Farm this afternoon. Stephen took me and she brought me home again. Catching up over a hot chocolate and a scone with jam and butter! Very yummy!
