A seaside day

We prized the little hire car out of its space outside the castle at the top of the town and took a misguided but pretty route to Peniche.
Unimpressed with the town but the cliffs and rocks and lighthouse at Cape Carvoeiro were splendid and then we spent the afternoon on an excellent beach at Praia Consolacao.
Now doing get cleaned up before we go out foraging. We were pleasantly surprised to have the hotel bring us a lovely fruit platter as a present.
I'd like to think its because we're so nice, but truth told I think anyone spending unfeasibly silly amounts of money with them would probably get the same treatment.
