Our weeping cherry

Today I was mostly occupied with laundry, ironing and packing for our trip to Gulf Shores Alabama, starting tomorrow, and leading up to our wedding anniversary on April 9th. It was a lovely morning, and Roger got outside to give at least the front grass its first cut of the year, leaving it tidy while we are away. Our weeping cherry has been gradually opening up the last few days as temperatures warmed again, and it was looking lovely against the blue sky this morning. Unfortunately, the forecast for tomorrow is for storms coming through, not good for our drive, our for the delicate blossoms which are looking so pretty at present.
