We went to church as usual this morning, where we were playing handbells as well as singing, but we skipped Bible study to get home and have a bit of lunch, load the car and set off south. We were going as far as Cullman in northern Alabama today, a distance of about 430 miles, and finishing the journey tomorrow. It’s all interstate driving, so easy navigation. It was a grey day with a few showers, but we missed the worst of the storms, the heaviest not going through the Cincinnati area until the evening.
