Birdsong
As I guess many of you are, I'm really enjoying the flood of birdsong right now. Around here the birds that seem to make the most (or most distinctive) noise are the Cetti's warblers - heard but not usually seen - and the unmistakable wrens. I watched this one for a while giving it some welly. That was down the track this morning, next door to where the firecrests are still flitting about, though perhaps a little less visibly.
The rest of the day's been peaceful pottering. I did take two bags of stuff to charity shops and even managed to get rid of an open but unused box of puppy pads. I felt slightly embarrassed about landing them on anyone, but the Dog's Trust shop were delighted to have them for their shelter. So that's one less thing I have to quietly bin!
Oh and I seem to have sorted out neighbour problems with the fences - woo hoo!
Enjoy your evening xx
