Warm sunshine

Eventually arrived after a lovely drop of rain from the heavens and a gentle lifting of the clouds. Today I felt the after effects of yesterday’s trip to the capital city, the volume of people, noise and the speed at which everything travels there gives no time for respite whatsoever.
A relaxing day strolling through the North Devon countryside with some extraordinary and beautiful interactions with people we met.

Yesterday’s visit to the Consultant Neurosurgeon was very successful, another appointment on Monday awaits, this time with a cardiothoracic surgeon in Cardiff.
