Dippy was full of beans when we went around the farm having missed his routine the day before.
We said cheerio to W and L who travelled back to Tokyo today.
Tamar lake ParkRun beckoned where we joined 153 other people in running, jogging or walking a lap around the lake in glorious sunshine listening to geese, skylarks, willow warblers, chiff chaffs and many others. Tea cake and a chai latte for me and a doggy ice cream for Dippy was the reward for our efforts.
Bude was our next port of call and a leisurely walk along canal, river and quayside before returning for a beverage and patisserie before heading back to Amadeus.
A most enjoyable day of socialising with likeminded people who were enjoying the weather in the beautiful surroundings.
