Reset

My last day before a nice break next week and then going straight into a conference the week after.

With yesterday’s news filtering through to the team, I received a number of congratulatory calls and emails from my colleagues, which reminded me once again of how lucky I am to work with such lovely people. 

I’m also grateful for the lovely messages I’ve received from you lot too - I do seem to be surrounded by rather lovely people.

The two chaps who will be reporting in to me seemed pleased too and remain keen and willing to learn more. I was reluctant to tell them that the best way for them to learn is to watch me go out my business and then do the exact opposite. However, I’m sure that we will find our way!

It was a busy one though (meaning I had to cancel an intended trip to the office), but I worked through it all and was able to get away clean by the 5pm close.

Looking forward to a time-out, a bit of a reset and a chance to enjoy this stunning weather!
