Reed bunting

Met this reed bunting by the pond in the reserve on my morning walk.  Rather a handsome chap, isn't he?  He/they are always around but very rarely show themselves enough to get a blip of, so I was pleased.

The rest of the day's been more sunshine, more washing and some gardening.  The weather is really much too beautiful to want to spend time inside!  And tomorrow I have a trip to Wisley to look forward to - though if anyone wants me to do more shopping for food I shall go on strike!
