Visitors

We spent the morning doing the final preparations for the visit of my sister, brother in law, niece and nephew. This included a walk to the allotment to pick rhubarb for a crumble. The fruit trees are in blossom and we’re looking so pretty in the sunshine. When I returned I made this little posy for the table from flowers in the garden and placed them in a vase that belonged to my mother.

We’ve had a good day chatting, walking at Emsworth where we had ice creams, and playing a card game after dinner this evening.
