Green Pathway

This morning I went to yoga whilst others walked, ran or slept. By the time I returned Andy had made leeks and potato soup and sausage rolls for lunch. They were eagerly consumed before a game of pitch and putt on Hayling Island. The course is next to the sea so we had a view of the sparkling water and Isle of Wight as we made our way around. Merlin came with us and was very good despite feeling a little frustrated at the sight of so many balls all around him which he wasn’t allowed to touch.

This was the view as I walked up the path towards the hut where our yoga class was held this morning. The leaves on the trees are really evident now, and especially so on the horse chestnut which is one of the earlier trees to grow leaves in spring time.
