The Spuds Are In

Spotted on my walk today - a large field being planted with potatoes. This tractor had just finished a row and was turning - ready to reload the hopper (see extra) and start the next run!

According to the seed ‘bins’ the variety is ‘Innovator’..which apparently is good for baking, boiling and for French Fries….I wonder if the crop will be off to McCain when harvested…
