Rose Diangnosis

Required. I have this normally wonderful looking red and white rose in my garden but this year it seems to have been blighted by something unknown to me. It has all these funny looking mottled spots on it and the leaves have black marks which you can just make out.

I went on a minature beastie hunt but could not find a sign of anything but then I am as blind as a bat with a blindfold on sitting in a dark room.

If anyone can help me find out the cause it would be appreciated as these roses normally bring a lovely display of colour at this time of year. Also none of the other roses in my garden appear to have been afflicted.
