Santiago

This was taken from the top of Cerro San Cristobal in Santiago. Today I wandered around the town for a bit, buying fresh biscuits from a shop and having a strange hot dog/beef/bacon/bbq sauce thing for lunch before joining a free walking tour in the afternoon. We saw most of the centre of the city and the guide told us lots about the political and economic background, which was very interesting. At the end a few of us got the funicular up the hill for sunset, but it was quite smoggy! Back at the hostel I had rice, salad and maybe tofu or turkey for my free dinner!
