Long Row - £240
Monday, Monday, and a lovely bright start to the week. Heatwave is coming back which will make a change for the Bank Holiday weekend ahead. A pleasant drive into work, roof down and traffic flowing nicely.
a good morning which was made even better by an unscheduled drink at Browns with Trace.
Todays picture is of Long Row Nottingham which runs from near our office all the way to the corner of Clumber Street. The building here is on the corner of Queen Street and Long Row and is stunning - i think goes unnoticed. It's known as Queens Chambers and another one built by Watson Fothergill.
It was built at the time of Queen Victorias Jubilee, and to mark this, there is a stone face of her on the building (you can just spot it if you look down from the rising chimney pots on this photo). A stunning building...if only we could build like that today!
last full day for Bro and Co, and we have a final dinner at mums. It's gone really quick since they arrived.
took Pete a good walk on the park, and then back home - still quite stuffy outside.
