I love my foxes ...

After breakfast (when I photographed this rather lovely great tit and the even more gorgeous fox, I told mum that she's off to respite for a week from tomorrow and she took it reasonably well. It always worries me because sometimes she gets SO anxious and wound up about it ..

In the afternoon I went off to look for water voles, which I failed to find. The river I'd been recommended to visit was absolutely green with weed, I'm sure a poor water vole would struggle to get through it!

I saw lots of gorgeous dragonflies and butterflies though ..

I'll find some another day!
