It's been a rough time recently but however tough things get there is always someone fighting a bigger and tougher battle.

I am watching DIY SOS The Big Build.

The people they help a fighting really tough battles.

I have never watched one of these without shedding a tear.

Tonight is an exception. I'm a blubbering wreck!
