this wasn't meant to be out of focus but I quite like the fact that it is.

I've been busy uploading photos to FB - I've joined the revolution again !

I also bought a brand new pair of yellow running shoes which could have been my blip today but I'm not sure I could have adjusted the brightness down enough.

This was taken in Newcastle on Blackett Street, if only the picture could have sound, the foul language coming from this lot was a sound to behold, effin and blindin like please and thank you.

Tomorrow is another long trail run up at Thrunton Woods, so expect a photo from there.
