Weightlifting

After a quick dash around town and a rushed picnic in the park with Greg, we swung past Ellie's and off we all went to......Weightlifting! As the latest instalment of our Olympic Challenge, Els and I spent three hours Snatching, Cleaning and Jerking (really!). It was unexpectedly really fun, though my shoulders and neck are going to be aching like mad tomorrow! Now it's time for a bad Saturday night movie, and some Breaking Bad; which we finally started last night.
