Sunrise over Coromandel

No run this morning but I did sneak in a walk to the beach to catch the sunrise.

The good thing about sunrises is they always happen. Even if we don't look or we can't see it, the sun still rises.

I'm back home tonight. Mum has phoned. She sounded good. Tomorrow is a hospice day for her as they can give her a transfusion saving the long drive to North Shore Hospital.

And I have a few emails to attend to before I fall gratefully into my bed. Hopefully the wild weather outside will subside over night. I don't have a warrant for me car so have no choice but to bike to work. I'm usually up for an adventure ;-)
