Before The Sun Rises

I am out with Buster earlier and earlier these days, having to get to school now. It's only 40 minutes away and the traffic is very light for most of the way, so it's no hardship.

But I am noticing how much later the sun rises now. barely peeking above the horizon by eight o'clock. Next week, when school starts properly, we will be out in the dark.

However, it will still be hot and sunny when I return, so there will be plenty of opportunity to lie on the sand or swim in the sea.
