Food Parade at Troja

Today I went with L, who is leaving Prague soon, to the Food Festival at Troja Chateau. We used our 'chefs' (the festival currency) to indulge in some delightful food. Cucumber and mint soup, crostata di nonna (with apricots), cheesecake with strawberries and 'blush' cider. But we did walk the 3 km from my place to the chateau so I felt as though I had earned the right to indulge. The highlight however was one of the freebies. A lovely woman, named Maria, gave me a 200 gram block of Vintage Cheddar - Christmas came early this year :)))
