The Village Show

This delightful cauliflower animal won first prize in one of the children's classes at the village show this afternoon! Huge onions, even bigger pumpkins, straight beans and beautifully red tomatoes - but this one just made me smile!
Everyone enjoyed the show, tucked into a cream tea and clapped heartily for the prize winners!
Beautiful flowers, especially dahlias, flower arrangements, cakes, jams, jellies and chutneys!
The photography section was entitled "Weather".
My picture of our garden furniture in the snow won third prize!
