River Lune

Walk between showers!
Drove up to visit friend in the Lake District on Thursday in brilliant sunshine wearing short sleeved T shirts and sandals. Next day we were decked out in gilets, fleeces and warm socks. Incredible drop in temperature. which took s0me getting used to!
We got out and about but some plans were scuppered by the weather. Did buy some new walking boots but didn't try them out on a walk!
