Groundhog day again ..

It seemed that today was going to get very rainy, so I decided to grab an hour or so in Sunk Island ..

It really was very much a hit and run visit .. the only photo I managed was this rather lovely kestrel .. but this afternoon I saw this cub and he was being much braver than he's ever been before and allowed me to take his photo.

Isn't he the most beautiful thing you've ever seen? :)
