Pink and Blue

As the day became night I captured some of the transformation.

The day has been busy, but as I near bedtime I feel like I didn't accomplish much. I spent way too much time in the kitchen in the early evening making dinner and then cleaning up the after math. I hate cooking. That's a little strong, I guess, but it takes so much time to shop for the food, prepare and cook the food, and then in an instant the meal is eaten and it's time to clean it all up. I hate cooking. That's the truth. And food makes me fat!

I have spent entirely too much time today doing "teacher stuff." The details are boring so I won't dissect my day here. I need a glass of champagne to celebrate. You wonder what I am celebrating -- first, I'd be celebrating that I have a glass of champagne and then that my attitude isn't any worse!
