Triathlon Preperation

Today was preparation for tomorrow's aptly named End of Season Standard Distance Triathlon in the Cotswolds.

So to start I cleaned my bike, well used some wet wipes to get rid of the mud and cow muck. Checked my cleats on my bike shoes, following wise words from a friend who failed to finish a recent ironman due to her cleats not being fastened securely. Only to find mine where very much on their last legs so replaced them.

Took my bike to K's her her to load up tonight ready for tomorrow.

Popped to see my Nan then home and packed my bags ready for the big day tomorrow!
