Duluth Rose Garden

Drat! I lost the list of things to do that I made yesterday. I dug through the garbage can and looked everywhere. So I had to make another list. Fortunately, the rest of the day was great. A lovely sunny day. I ordered a new cell phone that will take photos, went down to the harbor and took some pictures of the fog bank over Lake Superior, the bank, got the car washed, took more pictures at the Rose Garden, picked up a book that I had on hold at the library "Cold Sassy Tree" which was recommended by a Canadian friend, drove over to Solon Springs and got in 9 holes in 1 1/2 hours (amazing how fast it goes if there is no one holding me up), fired up the hot tub when I got home, called Jill to come over and join us for a tub so had a nice visit with her. Lastly, Monte grilled us venison steaks for dinner. We had a grouse and vegetable soup last night. Cleaning out the freezer to make room for the fall hunting season.
