Baby spinach

Our first crop from the new veg beds. Done on a cut n come again basis. Just enough for a spinach and tomato side salad.

Campbell said "That's way nicer than that shop bought stuff" and scoffed the lot.

Lesson learned today - when you see that your tatties need earthed up, don't think that you'll do it tomorrow and go off to have your tea. Because if you do there will be an overnight frost and you'll regret it.

Luckily not too much damage and they are now all tucked up warm and snug.
