Daddy Long-legs

After a few cold, wet and miserable days, today has turned out warm and sunny again, and the forecast is for a bit of an 'Indian Summer' over the next few days. That's good news, not only for us but also for the flies and wasps who seem to have come out again to enjoy a last burst of warmth. This Daddy Long-legs was perched on the outside of the kitchen window enjoying the sun. Taken through the glass; I didn't realise the window was quite as dirty - Windolene out this afternoon, I think!
