No seals today…

Early this morning we went back to Carbis Bay so Alfred could have a run on the beach. After breakfast we headed to St Ives and had a lovely roam around. I wanted to go on a boat trip to see the seals, but it was way too rough and windy and none of the boats were going. So no seals today. I’m hoping to go later in the week though, that’s for sure!
This picture was taken while we sat on a bench by the harbour eating ice cream and drinking tea. We also bought Alfred a pirate bandana, before going for lunch – I had mussels :-)

In the afternoon we drove to Pendeen Lighthouse and sat on the cliffs watching the waves crashing below, before having a delicious cream tea!
