Pear Day at Cannon Hall
I couldn't decide what to post today. My favourite was one of the dressed-up camouflaged figures that were part of the celebrations, but I didn't get chance to ask him if he was happy to appear on blipfoto - so in the end I chose this view of a procession making its way into the walled garden. Music heralded their arrival and added to the atmosphere.
I also photographed butterflies in the garden. One Red Admiral and at least fourteen Small Tortoiseshells (I didn't photograph them all).
