AIM: to lose 1 lb the next week AGAIN
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 4,3,2 miles
COUNTDOWN: 344 miles to go!

Because I have been so despondent I have been reluctant to blip and have now got behind so hence this is no change. However I have noted your kind comments and will persevere...but I may need so verbal kicks now..stop being so nice and shout at me!!!!!
