But:

A very focused day. In the office at 7am - finished a set of complex minutes, wrote a policy, inducted a new board member, went to a winter planning meeting, attended team briefing, rescued a collapsing shelf in the office kitchen, had lunch with a colleague on maternity leave. wore my pants outside my trousers ... then went home, carried on working, had a meeting with the Director of the dance company I chair and then went out to photograph Henry the Eighth and his six wives stuck in a place rather like purgatory ... rewarded myself with a bakewell tart and a cup of tea.

Going to bed soon. Even superheroes have to sleep.
