Day 14 - Sober for October

My juice yesterday was beyond foul. But it seems the turmeric-tea-like purgative effect has done some good. I'm feeling tip top again.

The garlic didn't get planted yesterday, but I did teach Charlie how to knit. It was so lovely sharing the time and being forced to slow down and be patient and encouraging. It was a very real joy and a memory I'll treasure forever.

Blood tests today. And the Little Shop of Treasures.
