Street Art

The piece is called "Self Portrait with Tree". Artist is a chappie called Jaume Plensa. I imagine, from the title, he knew this would end up in a planter on a Chicago street. Hard to see in the photo, but he's covered in block capitals which spell out parts of the body. Saw him on the way back from the wee bar where we had appetizers and a couple if wee drinkies after checking into our hotel. It's hard to reconcile the K who eats Carpaccio, as we did tonight, with the one who turns up her nose at steak tartare.
