Who sank my battleship ?

These are the rocks we call the Battleship just outside Ardvasar on the Sleat peninsular on Skye. We like this view across to the mainland with the boats in the foreground. Today the very large yachts were coming out of the water and being dragged by a tractor to higher ground.
There were a few waders around and a large heron watching all the action. We have seen both seals and otters here before but not today.

The weather has been more that dreich with heavy downpours and heavy skies. We had a few glimpses of blue sky but they were brief. Luckily the accommodation is comfortable and cosy so it has nt really affected us YET :)
