Theres a lighthouse on the hillside

There's a lighthouse on the hillside that over looks the sea. We travelled across to Raasay today on the ferry from Sconser on the Isle of Skye.Raasay is one of the Inner Hebridean islands.
We drove off the ferry and I saw something out of the corner of my eye and sure enough after we had parked we spotted two otters swimming and fishing in the harbour.We could hear them calling to each other.
We drove to the end of the road past the old railway that was built for the iron mining industry. We parked abit further on and walked to see the lighthouse above. The two men pictured were from marine aid s to navigation and were checking that the lamp was in working order.
After lunch at the Raasay Hotel we explored the rest of the island and drove down Calums Road It was amazing that one man could achieve so much in such a remote area.
