Belated Birthday Gift

Well the birthday gift arrived - but too late to arrange the outing to go with it! Our recent holiday on Mull highlighted the fact that our current binoculars are not up to the job of spotting wildlife at any distance, so I bought my husband a stronger pair. They are 10x42 and you can see for miles with them:-) He is delighted and looking forward to the delayed outing tomorrow. This birthday is really stretching out:-)
