Beauty is all around us.

Looking Inside and Outside.

I love this time of year, bright sunshine and cold crisp mornings that get a little warmer as the day goes on. Quite a cold wind too.
When the Highlands are cold the North West feels very cold as well!
The train was delayed by 30 minutes due to leaves on the line, must be that time of year!
Waiting at our station is a joy, as many orange nasturtiums and red and gold dahlias are still gracing the platform planters. We have nice silver birch trees too. I always carry a book too.
The blip today shows a view of the countryside from the train window, and a terraced house covered in Virginia Creeper.
I used this same house for a blip a while back.
The lower photos are taken of the stalls in Accrington's Victorian market, a really wonderful place to shop, browse and have a nice cup of tea and a cake.
Thanks everyone who said nice things yesterday about the French Onion soup recipe. I am going to make carrot, garlic and ginger for this evening!
Have a good Thursday.
